Allison Robbins, CFA

Allison Robbins is a CFA charterholder with over 20 years of experience across venture capital, strategy consulting, and company operations. She has served as fractional CFO and interim finance leader for growth-stage medical device and tech-enabled health care service companies including Avation Medical, AMRA Medical, Private Health Management, and Treasure Coast Medical Concierge. She was also an investor across three venture capital firms — Tullis Health Investors, Genzyme Ventures, and Paramount BioCapital — sourcing, evaluating, and executing over $500M of transactions spanning early-stage biotech, digital health, and medical devices. She began her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

She founded Green Shoots over a decade ago to bring institutional-quality analytical and strategic capability to clients who need a trusted senior advisor without a large firm's overhead. Her client roster has spanned the full spectrum of health care innovation — from preclinical biotech startups to $100M ARR SaaS/AI companies. Green Shoots engagements are built on repeat trust and quality execution — client relationships average over five years, with several continuing for almost a decade.
